What changes on every cartridge call

Less chasing parts. More closing jobs.

CartridgeID takes the messy part of a cartridge call — identifying it, finding it, pricing it, and getting it in your hands — and turns it into a simple workflow.

01

Skip the supply house run

Pull it. Snap it. Send it.

Send us a photo from the jobsite and get back to work. We handle the identification — including the oddball, discontinued, and worn-out cartridges that usually turn into a hunt.

No driving across town. No digging through bins. No texting photos around hoping somebody knows what it is.

02

Give your customer an answer

Know the part. Know the price.

Once we identify it, you get the part and your price in one place. Quote the repair, get the customer's approval, and schedule the return trip while the job is still fresh.

No more, "Let me figure out what this is and get back to you."

03

Come back ready to finish

We ship it. You install it.

Order the part and have it shipped directly to your shop, truck, or jobsite. When you come back, you're coming back to finish the repair — not keep searching for the part.

One less open ticket. One less parts run. One more job handled.

Turn the cartridge call into an easy call

You know the drill. Pull the cartridge. Drive to the supply house. Dig through bins or wait at the counter hoping someone recognizes it. If they don't, you're back to searching online, texting photos around, or leaving it sitting in your camera roll while you try to figure out what it is.

Meanwhile, your customer is asking the questions you don't have answers to yet:
What does it cost? When can you come back? How long until the part gets here?

CartridgeID takes all of that off your plate.

That is really all CartridgeID is: a cartridge identification tool you run from your phone, backed by a cartridge identification service staffed by people who have been reading these parts for years. Some pros know the common ones by rote. Others hit a discontinued or worn cartridge and need a second set of eyes. Either way, you send the photo and get a confirmed answer back, usually within an hour.

Pull the cartridge. Send us a photo. We identify it, source it, and get you a price. You quote the customer, schedule the return trip, and move on to your next call. If you want the detail, here is exactly how we read a cartridge, and our field guide to identifying a faucet cartridge covers the traits worth checking before you call it in.

Works the same whether you pulled it out of a sink or a wall: faucet cartridges and shower and tub valve cartridges both go through the same desk.

No supply house run. No guessing. No hunting down discontinued parts. No "I'll call you when I figure it out."

We've all got that one cartridge buried in our photos that we never figured out. Not anymore.

  • Limited visibility into the exact match before you place the order

CartridgeID workflow

  • Snap a photo from the jobsite — under 60 seconds to submit
  • Aftermarket parts from our trusted suppliers, shipped direct
  • Specialist-confirmed match so you don't take home the wrong cartridge
  • Discontinued lines covered
  • Answer in your inbox, usually within an hour
