What if the cartridge is corroded or broken?

Send it anyway. Specialists identify from body profile, spline count and dimensions. A chewed-up part is still identifiable most of the time.

Do I need a ruler in the photo?

It's the single biggest accuracy factor. Many cartridges are visually identical at different lengths, so a tape measure or ruler alongside the part removes the guesswork.

How long does identification take?

A real specialist reviews every submission personally, and your match comes back usually within an hour during business hours. Unusual or older cartridges can take a little longer.

Which brands do you cover?

Moen, Delta, Kohler, Price Pfister, Grohe, American Standard, Symmons and 30-plus more. If a brand isn't listed, send the photo. Odds are we still know it.

Can I order a part if I already know the number?

What is the CID Finder?

A tool in our store for the cartridge with no readable number. Enter what you can measure (overall length, cartridge style and the spline count on the stem) and it shows how many parts still match after each answer. If nothing fits, send a photo and a specialist identifies it.

Do I have to use the app?

No. Everything works from the web on phone or desktop. The app just makes the camera-to-ticket path faster in the field.
