What if the cartridge is corroded or broken?

Send it anyway. Specialists identify from body profile, spline count and dimensions — a chewed-up part is still identifiable most of the time.

Do I need a ruler in the photo?

It's the single biggest accuracy factor. Many cartridges are visually identical at different lengths, so a tape measure or ruler alongside the part removes the guesswork.

How long does identification take?

A real specialist reviews every submission personally, and your match comes back usually within an hour during business hours. Unusual or older cartridges can take a little longer.

Which brands do you cover?

Moen, Delta, Kohler, Price Pfister, Grohe, American Standard, Symmons and 30-plus more. If a brand isn't listed, send the photo — odds are we still know it.
